ROBLOX for iPhone Version 1.0

The official ROBLOX for iPhone app is now available! You can find it on the App Store and iTunes Store from the publisher ROBLOX, Inc!
This is version 1.0 of the ROBLOX for iPhone app, which means there are a lot more features coming! Right now you can check out your own profile, see your friends list and check your messages. In the next versions we will be adding even more awesome and familiar features.
It works on iPhones and iPod Touches!

Welcome to Pwnsville: Master Swordsman Contest

Are you an epic bloxxer? Are you welcoming people to Pwnsville daily? Yes? That’s what ROBLOX think! They know that most ROBLOXians are awesome at bloxxing and want to capture video footage of the most epic blox by sword in ROBLOX history!
ROBLOX want to see ultimate Pwnage, but they also want to make sure you’re safe – so please use either the Knights of the Splintered Sky Sword and Shield set or the Knights of Redcliff Sword and Shield set in your video.
How to Enter:
- Make a video in a ROBLOX game where you epically blox someone! The video must include the Knights of the Splintered Sky Sword or the Redcliff Sword somewhere in there.
- Upload your video to YouTube and tag it “Pwnsville” and “ROBLOX”.
You have the rest of the month to work on your video. Then, starting on Wednesday, June 1st the judges – Telamon, ReeseMcBlox, Builderman and Brighteyes – will start watching your videos. They’re each going to pick one winner. That’s four winners total.
Once you’ve uploaded the footage of your epic blox, start generating hype! Tweet about it, post it on facebook, get your friends to tweet about it, or make a billboard with your youtube link! ROBLOX are going to watch the videos that they’ve heard the most about first!
The prize for the 4 winning videos will be 1000 ROBUX and a Telamon’s Mystery Box. The winners will be announced on or before June 8th, 2011!
Questions?
ReeseMcBlox told me that you guys are full of questions – so here are some preemptive answers:
– Submissions must be uploaded by noon Pacific, Wednesday, June 1st, 2011.
– There is no entry prize (sorry!).
– Up to 4 players can be listed on the description or credits as the ‘team’ who made the movie. They will each get 1000 ROBUX and a box if the video wins.
– You can make as many entries as you like – but you should focus your promotion efforts to get a lot of views and favorites.
– It doesn’t have to have sound, but I always like some epic music in the background of my battle scenes.
– If win but you already have Telamon’s Mystery Box then good for you! There is not a replacement prize.
– You can’t post a YouTube link on ROBLOX but you can say your username there so people can search for you. “Search Brighteyes on YouTube!”
Remember to tag your video with “pwnsville” and “ROBLOX”. ROBLOX are looking forward to checking out your awesome videos and so am I!

To celebrate the launch of the Walmart ROBLOX Cards – ROBLOX are offering the exclusive Knights of the Splintered Sky Sword and Shield set to everyone who redeems a Walmart ROBLOX Card in May. For those of you not familiar with prepaid cards – here’s how they work:
You purchase a $10 ROBLOX Card at Walmart, GameStop or one of ROBLOX’s other retail partners. Don’t know where your nearest store is? Check out my handy store locator here.
Once you have your card, you can login to ROBLOX and go to www.roblox.com/gamecard. Scratch off the section on the back of the card that hides the secret code needed to activate your card. The code on the back of the card can only be used once so be sure not to purchase a card if the back is already scratched off. Enter the code and click redeem. POW! The hordes of Korbloxian controlled zombies will spell the end for the Wizards of Robloxia. The question remains – can the Wizards hold them down until the Knights arrive? But that is trying to predict what is going to happen. For now, we will have to contend with seeing what the Korbloxians are bringing to the war!
Spiked Korblox Arm Bracer

Used to unleash the Korbloxian vengeance, this spiked bracer comes in pairs. With its lightness and speed, this is deadly on the arms of any wild Korbloxian.
Korblox Tripmine

ROBLOX are taking another step towards 100% player satisfaction! This time they are testing out an ideas and suggestions system. They’d like you to test it out with them. Let ROBLOX know how you feel about the ideas that are already there and maybe post a new idea or suggestion.
In general it’s better to search and add your voice to an existing idea than to make a duplicate idea. The goal is to build power behind the most desired ideas!

The Ninjas going for the highest bounty, and the Samurai for honor, they each bring these powerful weapons to the battlefield. Lets see what they have!!
Bamboo Dart Blowgun
–
Carefully concealed under a Ninja’s armor, this Blowgun made of Bamboo is capable of shooting 3 deadly darts at ridiculous speeds! Doing critical damage to their opponents, this is used to weaken their opponents before the Ninja’s close in on the final blow.
Ninja Sai
–
The Ninjas prefer items which are compact, light and deadly. Filling all of these criteria’s is the lethal Sai. It comes in pairs and allows the Ninja to move faster and hit harder as they close in.
Twin Kodachi
–
The Kodachi are the legendary short swords used by the Samurai. Among these are the extremely rare ones that come as twin blades. With their lightness and swiftness, the Kodachi allow for attacking at incredible speeds and allow its wielder to move with ease.
Noble RedCliff Eagle
–
As the RedCliff Knights march towards the Wizard Tower, they are accompanied by their loyal guardians, the Eagles. The presence of the Eagles aides the Knights by boosting their morale and strength. But beware, attacking a Knight of the RedCliff earns you the wrath of the powerful Eagles.
